Terms & Conditions
This is a draft of the terms and conditions. The final version will be reviewed by a lawyer.
1. Definitions
Portal — the BRASTY GROUP Dropshipping Portal web application. Partner — a registered user of the portal (e‑shop, marketplace seller). Supplier — BRASTY GROUP s.r.o. End Customer — the partner's customer to whom the shipment is delivered. White‑label fulfillment — shipping in neutral packaging without supplier identification.
2. Contract Formation & Registration
The contract is formed upon completing registration and accepting these Terms. Registration is open to legal entities and sole traders with a valid VAT number in the EU. The partner must provide accurate information.
3. Plans & Subscriptions
The portal offers Start (free), Gold and Platinum plans. Plans differ in product limits, API access, sales channels and support level. Plans can be changed at any time. Changes take effect in the next billing period.
4. Catalog Integration, API, Plugins
Partners can import the catalog via API, plugin or data feed (XML/CSV). The supplier provides product data including names, descriptions, photos and EAN codes. The partner is responsible for the accuracy of data published on their sales channels.
5. Orders & Fulfillment
Partners place orders manually in the portal or automatically via API. The supplier processes, packs and ships the order to the end customer. Standard processing time is TODO business days.
6. White‑Label Shipping
Shipments are sent in neutral packaging without visible supplier identification. Upon partner's request, branded documents (invoice, packing slip) can be included. The supplier does not guarantee that the carrier will not display sender information.
7. Returns, Complaints, Liability
End customer complaints are handled by the partner. The partner forwards the complaint to the supplier via the portal. The supplier assesses the validity and determines next steps in accordance with applicable law.
8. Invoicing, VAT
The supplier invoices the partner for goods and services. Prices are listed without VAT. Invoicing is monthly. The partner is responsible for the accuracy of their tax information. This does not constitute tax advice.
9. Data Protection & Security
The supplier processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. End customer data is used exclusively for fulfillment purposes. The partner must not share portal access credentials with third parties.
10. Account Termination
The partner may terminate their account at any time. Pending orders will be processed. The supplier reserves the right to block accounts for Terms violations.
